Executive Chef, Eric Catalano, has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant world. Trained at the Cambridge School of the Culinary Arts, he has worked at the Waldorf Astoria in Key West to the private 406 Club for the Boston Red Sox. He also owned his own restaurant in Key West called Eric’s Bottega. He is back home in Tucson as Executive Chef for the Forum at Tucson.
Eric specializes in seasonal and fresh cuisine with a European flair, with a special emphasis on seafood and steak. His philosophy is “It’s not a matter of overdressing the ingredients and the dish; it’s about the quality and love that goes into it.”
