Julie Trujillo
Vice President of Clubhouse Operations
Julie Trujillo joined BGCT in 2020 as director of clubhouse operations and was promoted to vice president in 2024. She partners with the team of Clubhouse directors to lead strategy development, ensure the safety and optimal engagement of all Club members, and create partnerships that extend the impact of the Clubs. Prior to joining BGCT, she served in leadership roles with two other Boys & Girls Clubs organizations for a total of 20 years, and has worked in youth development in multiple capacities with other organizations. She is passionate about empowering youth to see their potential and to gain experience they haven’t been able to. She loves attending and cheering on her sons’ sports games.
