Tisha Tallman

Tisha Tallman joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson (BGCT) as its Chief Executive Officer in July 2026. As CEO, her responsibilities include leading the organization’s strategic direction and overseeing organizational operations, financials, programming, brand reputation, talent recruitment, resource development, and stakeholder relationships. She also serves as the organization’s primary ambassador and lead communicator, and in partnership with her team, oversees the organization’s Clubs.

Tallman comes to Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson as President and CEO with more than 20 years of experience leading nonprofit organizations at the national, state, and local levels. Her experience spans program development, service delivery, litigation, public policy education, and advocacy at the intersection of poverty and education.

Tallman’s experience is extensive, having served at the pleasure of a former U.S. President, a former Mexican President, several mayors, a county CEO, and national, state, and local organizations on commissions, committees, boards, advisory councils, and special panels and convenings on education, workforce development, economic development, and more.

She is a former member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of American National Latino Advisory Council, and is especially excited to bring her professional experience in workforce development, education programming, and service delivery to BGCT.
