Aleida Varela
Chief Financial Officer
Aleida Varela joined BGCT in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer. She works closely with the leadership team to manage the organization’s finances, support strategic planning, and ensure resources are used in a way that best serves Club members and the community.
Before joining BGCT, Aleida built a strong background in audit, financial planning and analysis, and nonprofit leadership, including serving as a CFO for other organizations. She enjoys helping organizations grow, strengthening financial processes, and making sure the mission is supported every step of the way.
Aleida is passionate about using her skills to make a meaningful impact and expand opportunities for youth. As a mom of two, she especially values the importance of creating safe, supportive spaces where kids can learn, grow, and reach their full potential.
